1. Refunds for Services

Appointments and treatments: Payments for services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Cancellations or rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds for Products

Defective or damaged products: If a product you purchased is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photo evidence before issuing a refund or replacement.
Opened or used products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
